Winter Look

The outfit I’m wearing is perfect for this time of year! This jacket is one I’ve had for years and it’s never let me down. It goes with so much and it’s so fun to wear as well. I love mixing textures, the leather velvet mixed leggings are a perfect way to add to that texture. These suede booties are from Topshop and are another way to add different types of texture with this being neutral. Lastly this amazing Saint Laurent bag that’s from Trendlee will easily take any outfit to the next level! Make sure you check out Trendlee! You can get 5% off your purchase with my code WARDROBE.

Bell-sleeves!

This is one of my favorite summer outfits for many reasons! The first is this shirt; the bell sleeves are such a great trend and can really add to any outfit! Since the shoes and shirt both have a lot going on I kept it simple with a pair of Levi’s. You can never go wrong with Levi’s! These shoes are a great way to add a little height to your outfit without being too dressy and over the top. I finished off my outfit with one of my most used bags from Topshop. I love the different textures on the bag & it’s the perfect size too!

Snakeskin

This outfit is so fun because of how versatile it is. Starting with shirt; it’s great because it basically has a built in necklace. Boyfriend jeans are so cute because you can dress them up or down, and this outfit could easily be dressed down by simply changing the shoes. Speaking of shoes I’m totally obsessed with the print on these! I love snakeskin print it can really act as natural piece or be the center piece of your outfit! These heels were such a steal at only 35 dollars and they’re pretty comfortable considering the heel. This outfit is great for so many different occasions because it’s a little bit dressy but laid back with jeans!

Platform fun!

I love this look because it’s a bit of everything, it’s both girly and edgy at the same time. Starting with this fun floral dress it’s definitely not a color I usually go for but I really loved the floral pattern and color of the dress is great for this time of year so naturally I had to get it! In my opinion you can never go wrong with leather jacket. This is probably my most worn piece from my closet, leather jackets can add edge to any look. The final piece of my outfit whichever is super fun are my Stella McCartney inspired platform shoes! They’re definitely not everyone’s shoe but they can really add a fun twist to any look! Hope everyone has a great weekend, enjoy the sunshine!

Blacks & Grays

I shot this outfit last week when you could actually see the ground so let’s pretend it’s still like that! I love this outfit for the simplicity of it! It’s all my favorite basic pieces put together. I started with a chunky black turtleneck sweater, you can never go wrong with one. Next I paired it with distressed ripped jeans from Zara. I wore this fun long blazer jacket that I got from forever21. Continuing with the grey theme I wore my Rebecca Minkoff quilted cross body bag, I love how the grey jacket meshed perfectly with the metallic bag! Finally I added a little height to this outfit with these fun over the knee boots. You could totally dress down the outfit with a pair of flat boots or a pair of sneakers too, but I thought it was fun way to dress up a simple outfit!

Black & Blues

This year I’m really trying to embrace a wider variety of pants beside just the average jeans. So far I think I’m doing pretty well, I did a post the other day on how I wear leggings, and today’s focal point is a fun pair of light weight flared pants! When I was buying them my friend was afraid they might look like pajamas and she was totally right, but if you style them right I think they look great! What I really love about them is the stripes. I think the details make the pants look better than just your average pair of sweatpants. Since the pants were flowy I kept it tight on top with a fitted turtleneck and I finished it off with my trusty leather jacket. As for the shoes I totally could of gone for sneakers but I thought super pointy leather booties really brought the whole look together and make it a touch dressier. Overall I love how put together it looks with it secretly being super comfortable as well!

My favorite sweater!

Although the the weather in New York has been unusually warming than usual it’s finally getting cold enough to bundle up and I do love winter fashion. With all the sweaters and layers it can get quite repetitive so that’s why I love adding different textures to every outfit! Today I chose leather jeans from blank nyc to pair with my oversized turtleneck. I finished off the outfit with matching leather booties from Topshop! I know some might say it’s too much leather but I like the continuous leather look, it really helps elongate your legs! It’s such a simple outfit but the leather definitely adds a little bit of an edge to your everyday sweater & jeans!

Sporty Vibes

Happy New Year everyone! One of my New Year’s resolutions is to start blogging more! I’m definitely someone who doesn’t wear leggings all that often or at least i used to be that way. I finally found a way to make leggings look more stylish! A leather jacket is one of the easiest ways to instantly make any outfit look ten times better. I took my new favorite leather jacket from Zara and paired it with a white crop top. The netting on the shirt adds texture to the look and the snake skin pattern leggings are the best part of this outfit! It’s a nice change from the typical black leggings. I finished off this outfit with one of my most comfortable pairs of shoes, the Nike Roshe Runs. They pretty much go with everything and had that sporty vibe. Thanks for reading, see you soon!

Warm Day in December!

I never thought I would be doing a blog post in December without needing a jacket, but here I am doing a Fall outfit in the winter. I love this shift dress from necessary clothing that I picked up awhile ago. It’s actually from the brand Lush and I really love it because it’s so versatile. You can make this a bit more dressy by wearing heels or you can wear it casual like I did with these really interesting platform shoes from Zara. I know they aren’t everyone’s taste but I think they’re super fun and different. I finished this outfit off with a leather vest. Now if it was colder I probably would’ve just worn a leather jacket but since it was pretty warm I opted for the vest. I hope everyone has a great holiday season & a happy new year! Xoxo

Mixing neutrals!

It’s finally Fall, although the weather here in New York right now doesn’t feel like Fall weather yet so this outfit is perfect for this time of year! I’m so happy that over the knee boots are back, they’re so versatile and super comfortable. To go along with these boots I wore a pretty tan colored A-line skirt from H&M. I also paired it with a simple black mock turtleneck which could totally be replaced with something warm like a turtleneck sweater. The final piece to this look was my navy bag from Gigi New York, I love mixing neutral colors together! Hope everyone has a nice weekend! Xoxo
